After a week in Pembrokeshire, where we didn't get many moths, we had a good night last night with 18 species (mostly singletons): Nut-tree tussock, Pale tussock, Common carpet, Garden carpet, Flame carpet, Alder moth, Flame shoulder, Brimstone moth, Poplar grey, Small square-spot, Buff-tip, Eyed hawkmoth, Treble lines, Buff ermine, White ermine,Small phoenix, Broom moth, and Light brown apple moth.
It is amazing to think that this weekend last year saw the floods in Talybont.
