Chimney sweeper

I came unexpectedly across a Chimney Sweeper flying in the sunshine at Bontgoch yesterday. I think this is the first I've seen in Ceredigion and it would be interesting to know what recent records there are, especially in the north. I also saw my the first Small Pearl-bordered Fritillary in my field for a few years. Large Heaths are now on the wing at Cors Fochno and should peak around mid-month.
