With Streamer, Shoulder stripe, Mottled Grey and Muslin in the garden trap this morning, it's starting to feel a bit more exciting! Brindled Pugs also put on a good show (including the melanic form) and an early Common Pug.
Some interesting micros caught on my permitted perambulations: a couple of adult phyllonorycters (probably sorbi and maestingella), a little ectoedemia, and mompha langiella. There are three bagworms (what I used to call Luffia ferchaultella) grazing on the house, and there were at least 50 on my favourite fence by the cemetery last weekend.
