Wallog

We trapped by the coast at Wallog last night, recording 350 moths, 55 macros and 19 micros.

  1. Is the Pod Lover new to the county? I can't see it on the list of the county moths.

    1. No, Pod Lover is the vernacular name given to the sub-species capsophila of Tawny Shears (Hadena perplexa). The database I use lumps them all together as Tawny Shears but both have been recorded in the county.
