Rhos Glendenys, Nebo/ Cross Inn

I went to have a look for Burnets, of which there was no trace.

Quite pleasant though - orchids are out, Meadow brown butterflies, and a section of bees..

Seemed to be plenty (100's) of the moth, and a few grashoppers (if indeed they are a moth and a grasshopper - ID's welcome)

  1. I reckon your moth is Glyphipterix thrasonella and your grasshopper is a nymph, which makes it hard to id, but likely a Meadow Grasshopper.

  2. Peter - thanks...the grasshopper was very small (as i imagine you have worked out)
