Silver Y on Ivy

As a prelude to National Moth Night next month we found this Silver Y feeding on Ivy flowers whilst looking for some leaf mines for Ina today.

    Well done you two... I have some more info on mines for you when we meet again. This is getting to sound a bit like a certain Scottish play..."When shall we three meet again In thunder, lightning, or in rain? When the hurlyburly's done,When the battle's lost and won. That will be ere the set of sun." When the moth trap's out!!! That's enough of that for now!
