Flounced Chestnut

Two traps in our nearby mixed woodland last night produced 17 macro species including this Flounced Chestnut, Black Rustic and the first sign of autumn - two Mottled Umber.

    Only the 3rd record for your site and by far the earliest. The others were 14th and 18th October 2010 and 2014 respectively.
