i d help please

Is this a Cabbage moth?  Caught last night in Prof Mike Hayward's lovely garden inland of Clarach.

    Very next pic in the camera shows the spine on the tibia so that answers my question but I hope it is useful to anyone else puzzling a similar looking moth.
