Another cool wet night on Borth bog produced these 4 Highflyers amongst others. We have formed our opinion as to their identity but we would like to know what you think.
Just returned from holiday so late viewing this! I believe these are all Ruddy Highflyers and presume they were from a willow plantation. Do you concur?? Carolyn.
Yes the trap was positioned on the edge of the willows part way along the track to the car park. There doesn't seem to be much Alder there, but I'm no tree expert.
Dave Grundy was visiting last night and set two traps there. We are waiting to hear what he caught.
