Another wainscot from Borth

I also ran a trap not far from Tony's at Leri fields/ south end of Cors fochno, close to a reedy ditch.
Similar range of moths to Tony - no Obscure wainscot this time but a Silky for comparison. Note bullet-like head shape.  Photo taken with my phone!

    So we were in the wrong place! Only the 10th county record and the first since 2010.
