They have black band on tum as does white po...Clay? They have black band on tum as does white point. Wings look a bit short for Clay and the description for Webb's certainly fits. Hindwing on clay is darkish. I don't know if any wainscots have black bands. Webb's is found in Pembs acc to Skinner.
