Garden moth trap 21st October

Not much to report - just one new micro for the garden.  Here's the full list:
Light Brown Apple Moth x6; Acleris hastiana.
Common Marbled Carpet x6; Setaceous Hebrew Character x13; Square-spot Rustic x2; Black Rustic x7; Blair's Shoulder-knot x2; Merveille du Jour; Red-line Quaker; Brown-spot Pinion; Beaded Chestnut; Lunar Underwing; Angle Shades.

  1. Until this year we have always had records for Blair's shoulder-knot in the garden, but not this year. Could it be related to the felling of the row of very large conifers nearby?
